Access our photos via PhotoShelter. There you will find an array of campus images, from landscapes and WOW groups to Learn by Doing in action. Access our ready-to-go Photo Release forms (also within PhotoShelter) so you are completely prepared during your photoshoot or events.

Photo Library
High-quality, vetted photos following our brand style are available for use by staff and faculty. They can be downloaded from PhotoShelter, our digital photo management system that is accessible via single sign-on. (Those hired after 2019 may need to request download access.)
While anyone can access our public images, your Cal Poly login credentials give you access to more images to help you tell your Cal Poly story.
Photo Release Forms
When you take photos of people, you need to obtain their written permission and consent to use or publish their images. You can download photo release forms, print a handful for your next event and have them ready for the folks featured in your photos to fill out on the spot.
