Printed Letterhead and Envelopes
You can also choose to have an approved vendor professionally print letterhead and envelopes if larger quantities are needed or premium paper is desired. These vendors will be supplied the working files needed to print your order.

New business cards can be ordered directly from the vendor's online portal.
Name Tags
Name tags are produced on a hard plastic material and can be ordered through approved vendors. They are required to include the Cal Poly logo and first/last names. There is an option to include two more items, including job title, pronouns, college/division or department, or "San Luis Obispo, California."
Paper Name Badge
A print-on-demand name tag template for meeting or event attendees is available for use with the Avery White Adhesive Name Badge label paper (product number 5395). This template is set up as a Microsoft Word document and is ready for mail merge.

One Sheet Flyer
This template includes two design options for an 8.5 x 11 double-sided information sheet that can be used to convey department, academic program or fundraising opportunity information. Templates are available via a single sign-on for Cal Poly staff and faculty. Most of the template files also require Adobe Creative Cloud and approved brand fonts to be installed on your computer.
