SAN LUIS OBISPO — Cal Poly’s Campus Dining will join 300 college campuses across the nation participating in Power-Ful, an event on Friday, April 14, intended to celebrate those who are making an impact in the Cal Poly community.

Power-Ful activities will take place at Vista Grande from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will include special “Feel Good Food” menus and samples, fresh produce from Poly Produce, juice samples from Jamba, giveaways from Campus Dining partners like Coca-Cola and Grubhub, a photo booth to capture Power-Ful memories and much more.

“Power-Ful is about making positive impacts by celebrating the heroes within us all, as well as those within our campus and community,” said Campus Dining Director Jess Dozier. “We are thrilled that Power-Ful coincides with Cal Poly Open House, so we can celebrate the power of the Cal Poly community not only with our current students but with incoming first-years, transfer students and their supporters as well.”

Power-Ful is the fourth event in Campus Dining’s Joy-Ful series, which also included Grate-Ful, Delight-Ful and Joy-Ful earlier this academic year.

Additional Power-Ful event information is available on the Campus Dining website at calpolydining.com/events.
