Cal Poly Campus Dining to Host Job Fair Aug. 20 to Fill More Than 40 Positions

SAN LUIS OBISPO — Cal Poly Campus Dining will host a Job Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, to immediately fill more than 40 positions in both front and back of house.

Full- and part-time positions are available. Pay is commensurate with experience and starts at $22-$23/hour for part-time food service worker positions. Job Fair attendees are encouraged to come prepared for on-site interviews and may receive same day offers.

The Job Fair will take place on the Cal Poly campus in Scout Coffee Co. off Grand Avenue. Complimentary parking is available for attendees in the Grand Avenue parking structure.

“Campus Dining’s role is to make sure students get the food and nourishment they need to succeed in and out of the classroom by providing delicious and nutrient-dense food, and we make that happen every day with an incredible team,” said Campus Dining Director Jess Dozier. “We are currently looking to grow our team of part- and full-time positions, and we are excited to offer a Job Fair where job seekers can apply, interview and receive an offer that same day.”
